Syed Ali Imam Al Mamun is the Managing Director and responsible for Strategic Planning at the ICorp Ltd.

Syed Ali is retired Lieutenant Colonel, Bangladesh Army. He served the Country in various capacities and  also worked with worked with Mr. Laghdar Brahimi, Special Representative of the UN Secretary General (to Afghanistan and Iraq, amongst others), General Shehan (US North Atlantic Forces’ Commander. 

Syed played a crucial role in the realization of the peace talks, and signing of the Peace Treaty in the war-torn Chittagong Hill Tracts (1997); Restoration of peace and democracy in Haiti (UNMIH – II; 1995.

He was responsible for the completion of invariably all the military and civil assignments and training programs with max efficiency and effectiveness – including the largest-ever Artillery training under severe resource constraints (1987 – 1989) and reorganization of 1 Field Artillery (1992 – 1995); and establishing one of the most prestigious educational institutions of the country: Sylhet Cadet College.

Syed Ali has dynamic approach and over the years have engaged with various corporation in different capacities.  He worked as Secretary at Prabashi Kalyan Housing Scheme; Executive Director at Kazi Farms; Executive Director at OPEX Group; Director-Secretary at Sena Kalyan Sangstha.

Prior to joining ICorp, Syed Ali was working as Senior Director at Patriot Group.
